Ups and Downs

November has been a very long month, especially for Kian. I don't know of anyone that has had the stomach bug for over 3 weeks. He has always been so healthy and active. This has really taken a toll on my little linebacker, whose chubby cheeks are becoming too thin. It breaks my heart to see him so sick, yet trying to be his bubbly self. Some moments he is skipping around the house and others he is lying so quiet and almost helpless in my arms. I keep searching Kian's weary eyes for the answer to why he has been so sick. Please keep Kian in your prayers. He was hospitalized last week for 2 days and released right before thanksgiving. We are trying to keep him hydrated, though his symptoms of constant diarrhea have not changed. We are unsure now if this is really a stomach bug or something else.

My prayer is that December will bring a change for Kian and return to good health!
