It is hard to believe that our 2005 New Years Baby is 4 years old already. Where has the time gone? The memory of her birth and that cold, snowy day seem but a blink away. How we love our little Kaidence who is growing up to be such a big girl.
The highlight of Kaidence having a birthday so close to christmas is the fact that we celebrate it more than once. We had a special princess tea-party for Kaidence and her favorite friend Ember while on vacation in Wyoming. The princesses enjoyed using the tea-set Kaidence received from Grandma Lori. With warmed apple juice and various treats, the girls dined and the talked in their most polite and grown up voices. It was so fun to watch them and rellish in the joys of childhood and the make-believe imaginations of little girls.
At home in Las Vegas, we made Kaidence's birthday a Family Holiday and enjoyed every minute with her. Chase sang to her several times, Daddy took her to Kiddie Kandids for a photo shoot and while at the mall treated her to some special jewelery and a Princess Crown. He also stopped at the makeup counter and asked the ladies if they would put some blush on her cheeks. Daddy loves his little princess. :) As the photo indicates, our little princess had a nice nap on her special day and woke up just in time to make mini pizzas with Chase and decorate her own birthday cake. We ate, sang, played games and just enjoyed being together as a family. It was wonderful!

I loved seeing the pictures. Ember has been talking about having her own tea party and she wants it to be just like Kaidence's. She loved it. So glad that we could be there to celebrate.

I'm so glad that Kaidence had so much fun at her tea party and on her birthday. The pictures are so cute. What a pink, pink cake. I'll bet she will remember her birthday for a long time. I hope she is being a big girl and helping you with Sophi.

Hey Mindi,Chase,Jonathan & my new baby neice Sophia, nice family pics wish I was there to be in them and join all the fun moments.
looks like I will be coming home around late May or early June before I go off to Ireland.
I can't believe the kids are getting really big!! I didn't get the job at Camp Barnabas for the summer so I am a little bummed but I so can't wait to see u guys!!
